What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be a working leader who sets the tone every shift. You'll coach your team, jump in wherever needed, and help create the high-energy atmosphere Milwaukee Burger Company is known for.

• Lead daily restaurant operations with confidence and positivity.
• Create memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop future leaders.
• Build schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Protect food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Manage labor, sales, and profitability goals.
• Work alongside your team in our fast-paced scratch kitchen and dining room.
